Yeah, that’s right Circuit City is now officially bankrupt. They filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy so that vendors didn’t threaten to stop sending shipments. I mean, they only owe nearly $300,000,000 to vendors such as HP, Samsung, and Sony. On top of that, I heard that Sony stopped shipping to Circuit City about a week ago. This is definitely not good for the upcoming holiday season. And what a coincidence, we get a power outage the day after. It was just our store too, neither the Dicks Sporting Goods next door nor any other stores in the area were affected. I mean, what’s up with that? Did Circuit City forget to pay the electricity bill too? The power came up about thirty minutes later, but it took over two hours to open the store back up. And to finish it off, my PIC (Partner in Crime) Dylan transfered to another store, so that leaves only two technicians working at our store. I mean, I care about this company and I don’t want to see it fall, but there’s nothing I can do. All I can do is keep working and hope for the best. I might need to find another job as backup, just incase Circuit City does permanently close it’s doors. As much as I loathe the Geek Squad, I’ll switch over if I have to…

What the fuck is wrong with you? Now that it’s January 19th and over 30,000 people are gonna be out of a job, I really hope you reconsider changing the last word of this blog to something that is not synonymous with “yay” you fucking twat. Even if you do have a personal gripe with Circuit City, this increase in joblessness is not what our country needs right now.

You obviously didn’t read the story correctly. If you did, you would know that I work for Circuit City and I AM one of those 34,000+(fyi) Americans that are about to be unemployed. I’ve been working for them for nearly two years, giving them my time and committed dedication, and I know how they operate. Corporate has been making senseless mistakes for the past few years, so if it’s anyone who can bash Circuit City for the pitiful failing company that it is, it’s ME.
So please, stop swinging your sword around in the air when there’s nothing to attack. You’re gonna hurt yourself.
